REFUND POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
RETURN
Please review the following policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at FLOWER LOVE .They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at FLOWER LOVE constitutes your agreement with the policies applied to the order, sop please make sure that you understand them before you place your order.
FIRSTLY, for missing item or wrong item
When you (the buyer) get the package, if you find there are some items missing from your order or we sent you incorrect items, please keep all the items in original condition and also keep the packing stuff, weigh all the items together with packing, then take some photos of them and send us the photos by email. Please contact us within 7 days after you got the package. We will investigate the case once we get your email. If the case is our fault, we will send you the missing item or the correct item (sometimes you may be requested to return the incorrect item). For the missing or wrong item, we will take responsibility for all expense (including import-export tax and shipping fee).
After receiving the incorrect product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
-The photos or video of the incorrect item(s)
-The photos, video or screen shot showing the mal-function of the defective item(s)
SECONDLY, for damaged items:
When you (the buyer) get the package, if you find the item is damaged (cracked) in appearance, please immediately contact the carrier and us as well. Please take photos of the item including packaging and send us the photos by email within 7 days after you get the package. Once the case is clarified, we will resend you a replacement. Sometimes, you may be requested to return it. For the damaged item, we will take responsibility for the shipping cost.
In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
-The photos of the original package with front and back sides
-The photos or video of the defective item(s)
-The photos, video or screenshot showing the mal-function of the defective item(s).
THIRDLY, for unsatisfied products
If you are not happy for any reasons with your purchase, then just return it within 10 days after getting the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange. If the return is not a result of our fault, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. And please make sure the items you send back to us as it is in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same condition.
FORTHLY, defective item is under warranty
All items have a months’ warranty: If an item you received from our company is damaged or defective, you can return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after the order is placed on our website. We ensure that all products are new and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email us immediately at contact@flowerlove.club. Please retain the original package for returns, otherwise we reserve the right to resonably refuse any return.

After returning the defective product, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:
-Photos of the front and back of the packaging envelope or box
-Partial shipment slips (if applicable)
-Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defective item
-Photo, video, screenshot, or description of the defect or defective area.
RETURN SHIPPING METHOD
For the replacement, we will send it out in the shipment ways as the customer selected in their original order.
Note : We will pay all shipping charges return if the item is defective by our manufacturer.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 - 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancelation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
